The staff at American Physique does a great job of maintaining the club and equipment. It's always clean and the equipment is always in good working condition. And there's always someone making sure the members clean up after using equipment. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

I love the Spinning classes. I never thought I'd be able to do that strenuous of a workout. But I just worked up to it gradually. The instructor kept telling me to go at my own pace. And I kept doing a little more each time.

I needed a place for a quick workout at lunchtime. American Physique makes it easy to get in and out fast. Great equipment. No waiting. Fit pro's are on the floor at all times if I need to update my program. It's great.
