Spinning is an exciting new training concept that brings energy, music and a serious fitness challenge to indoor cycling. Your Spinning Instructor will lead you on a heart-pumping, imaginative journey toward improved fitness and endurance.
Spinning is a perfect addition to your aerobic training. Cyclists use Spinning as part of their training regimen. Non-cyclists use it as a cross-training tool. It's a non-impact activity because you work at your own pace it is appropriate for all fitness levels.
We recommend wearing low-cut fitness shoes or cycling shoes with cleats. Avoid loose, baggy clothing that can catch on the seat or get tangled in the cycle's moving parts. Padded cycling shorts will increase your riding comfort.
Spinning is limited to the size of our room. Our front desk staff will provide you with a Spinning pass that must be presented to the instructor before the class starts. Passes will be given out 30 minutes prior to the class on a first come first serve basis. Passes cannot be given in advance. All classes have a 5 minute late grace period. No one will be permitted in the class after the grace period. No one is allowed the room without the instructor.
