What is T5 Program?


T5 LogoThe T5 Health & weight management program makes us completely different from any other club you may have visited. The T5 program addresses five components that take the guesswork and trial-and-error out of working out. We provide a complete training system and a certified Fitness Professional who personally walks you through every step of the way on the path toward achieving your personal goals.


The 5 Steps

Step 1

Proper Food Intake:
Eating calories below your body's maintenance level creates the need to use stored body fat for energy. The program individualized meal plan helps you choose the appropriate caloric level while keeping your energy high with foods you like.

Step 2

Proper Aerobic/Cardiovascular Activity: Cardiovascular exercise helps mobilize stored fat to supply the additional calories needed by the body. It actually trains your body to use fat for energy.

Step 3

Proper Supplementation:
Supplements give your body complete nutrition and round out "inconsistencies" in your diet.

Step 4

Proper Resistance Training:
Weight training preserves or increases lean muscle mass tissue. Muscles are fat-burning machines.

Step 5

Overcoming Plateaus:
As important as all the other components are, they all individually or together no matter how you use them will eventually, inevitably lead to adaptation (plateau). Adaptation is you body making the necessary physical and physiological changes needed to endure the new nutritional and physical demands place upon it. This is a good thing, for it means things are working, you body is changing ,you are getting healthier, but it also means results, and continue changes stop.
